Availability and willingness to initiate, respond to and execute responsibilities independently.
Records filing, copying/scanning, distribute mail and correspondence, and other documents to staff as appropriate.
Identifies and assesses issues and opportunities for improvement and implements changes following managerial review.
Handling incoming phone calls and various tasks and projects as may be assigned.
Create and/or prepares spreadsheets, forms, reports, documents, and statistics as required.
Assumes other responsibilities and performs other administrative tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisors.
Develop, implement and improve office policies and procedures.
Handles inquiries, schedules appointments, develops presentations, and fills other office support.
Receive and manage calls for the Executive floor including customer complaints. Initiate follow up action as required.
1 to 3 years of office experience.
Computer literate (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good written and verbal communication skills
High School diploma required; Bachelor Degree strongly preferred
