Lister Hospital and Fertility Centre is seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as a Front Office/Records Executive. If you excel in handling emergencies, multitasking, and delivering exceptional customer service, we invite you to apply for this position.

Requirements:

Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills: The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be proficient in interpersonal interactions. Proficiency in a second language is an advantage, as it allows for effective communication with a diverse range of patients and colleagues.
Experience in Healthcare Sector: Prior experience in the healthcare sector is an added advantage. Familiarity with medical terminology, patient records management, and healthcare administrative processes will be beneficial in this role.
Minimum of 2 Years Working Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of two years of relevant working experience, preferably in a customer-facing role or within the healthcare industry.
Minimum of a Diploma in a Related Field: A diploma in a related field such as healthcare administration, medical office management, or business administration is required for this position. Relevant certifications or additional qualifications will be advantageous.
Responsibilities:

Front Office Management: Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and respond to inquiries effectively.
Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations. Organize and file medical records, test results, and other documents efficiently.
Emergency Handling: Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently, following established protocols and procedures. Coordinate with medical staff and emergency services as necessary to ensure prompt and appropriate response.
Customer Service Excellence: Provide personalized assistance and support to patients, addressing their concerns and needs promptly. Strive to deliver the finest customer service experience to enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty.
