Customer Experience Manager Summary


To provide assistance and support to customers in accordance with company policies, procedures and processes

Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Direct customers to online resources
Develop a rapport with customers
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Create and maintain reports about customer interactions
Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
By helping customers understand the company’s product and services and answering questions about their reservations
Following up complicated customer calls where required

Requirements:
Diploma in Business, Admin or a relevant field
No less than 2 years of experience in the field of Admin
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must be adept in the use of Internet and E-mail
